Scope and validity of the Terms and Conditions<\/span> These terms and conditions apply to contracts of sale and purchase (hereinafter the contract) concluded in the online store www.sacredamrita.ee between the person ordering the goods (hereinafter the buyer) and Sundari Invest O\u00dc, registry code 16217500 (hereinafter the online store).<\/span><\/p>\n

Validity of contract of sale, product and price information<\/span><\/h1>\n

The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the online store.\u00a0<\/span> The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. The prices are inclusive of VAT.\u00a0<\/span> Indicated prices do not include delivery fees. The delivery fee varies based on the chosen delivery method and is displayed to the buyer when placing an order. For orders within Estonia, the online store covers the delivery fee if the order exceeds 99 euros.<\/span> Product details are available under the online store\u2019s product descriptions.<\/span><\/p>\n

Order placement and payment<\/span><\/h1>\n

To order goods, add the desired products to the cart. To place an order, fill in the required fields and select a suitable delivery method. The order amount is then displayed on the screen and can be paid through a bank link, hire purchase or in instalments. The online store\u2019s authorised payment intermediary and provider of payment methods is Montonio Finance O\u00dc, to whom the online store forwards the personal data necessary for making the payment.<\/span> The sales contract enters into force from the receipt of the amount payable in the bank account of the online store. <\/span><\/p>\n

Delivery<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h1>\n

Sundari Invest O\u00dc ships parcels within three (3) working days of order placement. Parcels are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.<\/span> Delivery costs will be borne by the buyer and are displayed next to the delivery method. The shipping cost to a SmartPost parcel machine is 2.99 euros. The shipping cost to an Omniva parcel machine is 2.95 euros.<\/span> Shipments within Estonia are generally delivered to the location specified by the buyer within one to four (1\u20134)\u00a0working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. In exceptional cases, the online store reserves the right to deliver the goods to the specified destination within seven (7) working days.<\/span> Other delivery methods are available upon agreement with the online store.<\/span> If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified at the earliest opportunity and the received payment (including delivery costs) will be returned to the buyer as soon as possible, but no later than within fourteen (14) days of sending the notice. <\/span><\/p>\n

Right of withdrawal<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h1>\n

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract concluded with the online store within (fourteen) 14 days of receiving the goods.<\/span> The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal persons.\u00a0<\/span> In order to use the 14-day right of withdrawal, the ordered goods must not be used in any manner other than that which is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the goods, similarly to what is allowed to test the goods at a physical store. Upon withdrawal from the sales contract, the online store will refund both the cost of the goods and the initial delivery fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the refund for the returned goods and the initial delivery fee will be made promptly but no later than within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the contract withdrawal notification by the provider. The refund is issued to the same account used for order payment.<\/span> If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the goods, or if they have signs of use or wear, the online store will not issue a refund.<\/span> To return the goods, the customer must submit a declaration of withdrawal to the email address info@sacredamrita.ee no later than within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods.<\/span> The online store may refuse to make refunds until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned.<\/span><\/p>\n

Right to file a complaint<\/span><\/h1>\n

The online store is liable for any defects and non-conformities of the goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of delivery and became apparent within two (2) years of the delivery of the goods to the buyer.\u00a0<\/span> The buyer has the right to contact the online store within two (2) months from the moment the defect becomes evident by submitting a complaint to the following email address: <\/span>info@sacredamrita.ee<\/span>. The complaint must include the buyer\u2019s name, contact details, a description of the defect and the time it was discovered. The online store will provide a written response to the consumer\u2019s complaint within fifteen (15) days.\u00a0<\/span> If the goods purchased from the online store have defects for which the online store is liable, the online store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the online store will refund the buyer for all costs incurred under the sales contract.\u00a0<\/span> The online store is not liable for any defects that have arisen:<\/span><\/p>\n
